    We want you to love your Legendary Gear! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. You may return or exchange unworn, unused items in original condition (with tags attached) within 30 days of delivery.

    For defects, damage, or incorrect items: Contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement (we'll cover return shipping).

    For size/fit or change-of-mind returns: Customer covers return shipping; eligible for store credit or exchange only (no cash refunds on non-defective items).

    No returns on final sale items, personalized products, or items marked as non-returnable.

    To start a return: Email support@northeastlegends.com (or your address) with your order number and photos if needed. We'll send instructions!

    Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
